200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Step into the inquiry of yoga with us at the Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, in beautiful Nosara, Costa Rica.
Study alongside students from around the world as we embark on a journey through this 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher-training program.
Our three-week immersive program is designed to empower your journey through the study of yoga. Classroom sessions are held in our ocean view shala amongst the jungle with 180-degree views of Playa Guiones.

SCHEDULE
Most days will consist of a morning Vinyasa practice, lecture, practicum, and practice teach elements. Other elements that are woven into the program include; beach yoga and meditation, restorative and yin yoga, self-study, small group projects and presentations, sensory awareness methods, and communication elements.
Above is a sample schedule of what to expect each day, however there are a few shorter days scheduled for rest, relaxation and time for you! These days can be used to explore the beach, enjoy the spa, or just relax by the pool. Our opening ceremony is Saturday, and graduation will take place 20 days later on Friday. Our graduation ceremony is open to family and friends you’d like to invite.
ACCOMMODATION

MEALS + DINING
We offer an optional meal plan which includes three meals each day. We make it easy for you to enjoy delicious, healthy meals throughout your training. We strive to use natural, fresh ingredients to promote a healthy, happy you.
We provide a delicious offering of veggies, salads, organic chicken, fish and vegan options, hot and cold soups, deserts and coffee, tea, and fresh juices. We also cater to any palate as a personalized service to suit all your special dietary needs. Organic wine, artisanal beer, and cocktails are available for purchase at dinner.
AMENITIES
The Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort was designed to flow with the nature that surrounds us.
You can begin your day with a dip in the salt-water infinity pool at sunrise or a meditative walk amongst the jungle. Soothing fountains and waterfalls guide you through the local fauna on your way to class.
All rooms have air-conditioning, Egyptian cotton sheets, Wi-Fi and modern amenities abound. Security staff is available 24 hours a day and housekeeping staff will keep your room looking as beautiful as the first day you arrive.
Other amenities include laundry service, state of the art gym, relaxing spa, cruiser bikes, shuttle service, small boutique, juice bar, two salt-water swimming pools, and filtered drinking water throughout the property.

TUITION
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training $2,350 + tax
ACCOMODATION
Treetops Queen Single - $4,620 + tax
Your own private room with a queen bed, closet and safe. Room has a private bathroom, rainfall shower, work desk, and outdoor sitting area.
Bodhi Casita Double – $3,990 + tax
A casita with two bedrooms, each private room has a queen bed and closet. The casita has one bathroom with a rainfall shower, outdoor patio, workspace and kitchenette. Please note if you select this option, we will reserve one of the rooms for you and you will be sharing the bathroom in the house with the guest in the other room. This guest will also be part of the program.
Jungle Queen Double – $3,654 + tax
A large jungle room with two queen beds. The room has one bathroom with a rainfall shower, outdoor patio and workspace. Please note if you select this option, we will reserve one of the beds and the other for another guest in the program.
MEAL PLAN
Three Meals Each Day - $1,350 + tax

To register, please fill our our Application + Registration form by clicking the link below. Once you submit the form our reservations department will process your deposit. We will then email you our welcome letter as well as further details and required literature for the training.
DETAILS AND CANCELATION
A $1,175 deposit is due at the time of registration. Your reservation is not complete until your deposit has been recieved. The remaining balance will be processed one month prior to the training start date. Please do not make travel arrangements until you receive confirmation of admission into the training.
