We are all a brilliant source of light, tenderness, and love. And at different times, we all need support to brighten that light or even bring it back to life. This 11th annual iLa retreat is just that. A week of practicing and supporting what is light-giving to each of us; living from the center of ourselves in this magical place of sunshine, waves, and pure living.
your experience
iLa Retreat Costa Rica is a carefully curated week of our favorite life-giving experiences here in Nosara. Since 2008 we have explored this land and shared in this community. In 2014 we brought our first retreat to Nosara and are grateful to be sharing this iLa Retreat with you today. It is as simple as planting a tree. At iLa Retreats we believe in giving back. By planting trees we actively contribute to the beauty and preservation of beautiful Costa Rica.

We have designed a week intended for you to access what needs attention in your life. We deliver the tools needed to greet that place with grace and excitement. This week is for you. We take care of the planning, yet everything is optional. Allow us to empower your most authentic experience.

The Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort blends seamlessly into the natural landscape, with grounds designed to inspire an at home feeling in harmony with nature. The cleansing element of water is abundant; soothing fountains, tranquil waterfalls, saltwater infinity pool and outdoor showers. Stone paths guide you through the local fauna on your way to your bungalow. Open the door to find modern Balinese furnished bungalows, luxurious linens and a comfy bed that promises a well-deserved rest.
Security staff is available 24 hours a day and housekeeping staff will keep your room looking as beautiful as the first day you arrive.

stand up paddle
Join us on an incredible paddle board tour on the Rio Montaña, through old mangrove forests to a hidden beach with Experience Nosara Adventure Guides. This excursion provides an opportunity to view all kinds of wildlife as we paddle through the mangroves and waterways under the jungle canopy. Once we arrive to a remote beach, you can find your way towards a refreshing dip into the pacific and snack on some fresh fruit and coconuts.

TAXES AND FEES
Prices do not include 13% Costa Rican taxes and booking fees.
PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% deposit is due at time of registration. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due by January 15th, 2025, and is non-refundable.
If you cancel your reservation and we are able to fill your vacancy, we will refund you the cost of your reservation less the deposit. In the case of a medical emergency, please provide us with a note from your physician and we can transfer your payments and registration to the 2026 retreat, pending availability.
This cancellation policy is firm. Please, do not make any travel arrangements before receiving confirmation of registration.
